My name isn't duchess. And his name isn't Fitz. But that's the name I gave our partnership. Our enterprise. Our empire. We have been together for 26 years. Since I will be 52 soon, that's exactly half my life.

When we were dating we called ourselves The Wonder Twins (because they had stupid superpowers) but then we realized they were siblings and that was kinda gross.

So that's my marriage. It's old. But it is loving, supportive and fun and therefore it is good for both my mental and physical well being.

Now here comes some new stuff in my life.

In the last few months I have made some major changes to improve my health:
1. I became a pescatarian.
2. I started Intermittent fasting
3. I try to avoid as much as I can sugar, grains and proccessed foods.
4. I started a Lectin free diet. Gluten is a Lectin.
5. I exercise: cardio, flexibility and weights.

Now that I see all of the improvements to my mental and physical health, I know I need to go ahead and commit to these new healthy changes and make them a part of my lifestyle for the long run.

How long can I hang in there?

Well I don't know if I can do it forever. But I am confident I can commit for at least 26 years.
